Sligo Rovers have this week become the second League of Ireland team to join an initiative to end all gambling sponsorship in football.

This comes after 20 clubs in the UK & Ireland, including Drogheda United, signed an open letter to the UK Government calling on them to ban gambling advertising. Ireland is also in the process of introducing a bill to introduce restrictions in this area.

Sligo Rovers chairperson Tommy Higgins joined Adrian Kennedy on Lunchtime Live to discuss.
