Has your dog ever been attacked by another dog off the lead while out for a walk?

Locals in Ballincollig in Cork are calling for tighter regulations for dog owners who let their pets roam freely in their Regional park.  We spoke to local councillor Derry Canty, frustrated dog owners and Paula Feaheny of "Bremeny School for Dogs ".
