Should hot meals be provided in every primary school?

Social Protection Minister Heather Humphreys said she wants to extend the free Schools Meals Programme to all schools nationwide. The programme currently provides free hot and cold breakfasts, lunches and dinners to more than 230,000 children at 1,500 schools across the country.
