Have you noticed a spate of dog thefts and a number of appeals made for the return of stolen dogs? One high profile case was in relation to a pair of female dogs, Topsy and Turvy who were stolen from their home in Dublin in early July. Joan, who is one of the dog owners, joins Susan to talk about the online campaign she launched along with her family to help find the dogs.
