We’re continuing our Lunchtime Live looks back segment, and we’re looking at October today.  

All eyes were on October 22nd as the country was due to leave most restrictions behind and return to some level of normalcy. This was the plan, until a potential fourth-wave of Covid-19 reared its ugly head.
