There has been a 65% increase in violent bike and scooter thefts last year.

An investigation by Noteworthy from the Journal.ie found that Luas stops are being targeted by gangs and the rise in anti-social behaviour linked to the pandemic is being blamed for the attacks.

Clare McKenna spoke with Zara Flynn who explained what happened to her son recently.
