Facebook Scam Presents Huge Problem For Business Owners Selling Online
A listener named Seán got in touch with the show today. He owns a small furniture business in Clare. They have gone click and collect.
To generate sales online they ran a competition online.
A company had duplicated his company facebook page and were contacting his customers telling them they had won and sought to solicit their bank details.
He complained to facebook via the report function and nothing has been done. Technology correspondent Jess Kelly joined lunchtime live to answer listener questions.
