We’re eating alone more – is that a good or a bad thing?

Almost a third of British adults are eating alone “most or all of the time”, according to recent research studying 8,000 people. A Mintel survey of 2,000 UK consumers aged 16 and over has found that one in three are “regularly eating every meal alone”.  Former FF Minister Mary O'Rourke and many of our listeners shared their thoughts on eating alone and feeling lonely.
