The FameLab Ireland heats - which took place across the country over the past number of weeks - heard people involved in science, technology, engineering and maths make some fascinating and inspiring presentations touching on a broad spectrum of subjects.

But it was UCD student, Hayden Wilkinson who won the right to compete for the title of ‘World’s Best Science Communicator’ at the international finals of FameLab 2019 at the Cheltenham Science Festival, taking place between June 4th-9th.

He joins Jonathan in studio to discuss his presentation and how much he has learned from taking part in FameLab.
