Now, the prevailing economic atmosphere is understandably pessimistic at present and every other day seems to bring a new stark prediction or forecast.
However, Conor Skehan, a Lecturer in Planning at Technical University Dublin, thinks we also need to plan for some possible positive and successful future trends particularly in Ireland where we have a unique mix of economic strands.
