Martin Shanahan is one of Ireland's leading seafood chefs.

A graduate of Rockwell Catering College, Martin spent his early career working in The Butler Arms in Waterville before moving on to become head chef at the popular Jim Edwards restaurant in Kinsale.

Now he owns and runs the award winning restaurant Fishy Fishy in Guardwell in Kinsale.

He joins Bobby to chat all things seafood and why we should be proud of the abundant seafood on offer to us here in Ireland.
