The government’s recent announcement on the reopening of the hospitality sector in early June has been broadly welcomed by business owners who must now organize their staff and prepare their facilities.

The reopening will prove challenging for some businesses though as many have expressed difficulties in sourcing temp staff and the RAI estimating that nearly a third of restaurant and bar staff may have been lost due to Covid closures.

So how can hospitality businesses best prepare? Gerardo Larios, Head of Hospitality Sector, Bank of Ireland joined Bobby to discuss.
