All week Bobby and the Down to Business team were in Killarney at the annual EY Entrepreneur of the Year CEO Retreat where finalists heard from speakers from across the world of politics, business, and sport.

Partner lead of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Roger Wallace joined Bobby to chat about how the retreat aims to support, inform, and challenge entrepreneurs through inspirational talks from international, political, and thought leaders.

Alastair Campbell, former press secretary to former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, joined Bobby to discuss, among other things, the possible winter of discontent facing the UK, where and when we might see the light at the end of the tunnel with Brexit, and his long-standing relationship with Ireland.

Brody Sweeney, the founder of Camile Thai Kitchen, Brian O'Sullivan of Zeus Packaging, and Mary McKenna, founder of Tour America on why resilience is the key to being a successful entrepreneur.

Rosaline Blair of AMS chatted to Bobby about her life and journey through business.
