Pep Guardiola is set to leave his position as the manager of Manchester City at the end of this season, with former Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca expected to take his place.
It comes after months of speculation about his future, even after he signed a new deal at the club in November 2024, which was due to run until June 2027.
City had hoped to keep the plan under wraps until City’s final game against Aston Villa, but confirmation is now expected sooner than that on his exit from the club.
