In a shocking development yesterday, disgraced US attorney Alex Murdaugh’s conviction for the 2021 double murders of his son and wife has been overturned.
In a unanimous decision by the South Carolina Supreme Court, the justice agreed that the jury at Murdaugh’s 2023 trial was improperly influenced by the actions of County Clerk Rebecca Hill.
