Eight skiers have been found dead and one remains missing after an avalanche near Lake Tahoe in California – the deadliest in four decades.
And similar avalanches have been happening in the Alps here in Europe over the last few weeks. To discuss this with Claire was Henry Schniewind a ski instructor and avalanche expert based in the French Alps.
