It's almost 5 years since Ireland introduced anti-ticket-touting legislation. While many new measures have been introduced on ticketing platform Ticketmaster to tackle the touts. A quick scan online around any big event such as Oasis last year or the Ryder Cup shows tickets being sold for multiples of face value. 

 So where are the loopholes and how can they be closed? Newstalk's Technology Correspondent, Jess Kelly tells us.
