Next week the Cabinet is rumoured to discuss one of the most important documents this decade and one which could change the direction of travel when it comes to getting things built in this country. It’s an action plan as opposed to a report on how to radically speed up infrastructure delivery and it will involve urgent legislation and quite a few noses out of joint if it’s to be implemented.
