Qatar has been in the news a lot this month - not just for the world cup but it’s also been linked to corruption scandal which has rocked the EU parliament.

So as the world cup final is on Sunday we thought we would go back to Michael Hershmann who was a co-founder of Transparency International and a member of the team that wrote the first comprehensive reform plan for FIFA in 2014.
