It’s a big day for hundreds of would-be entrepreneurs today. It’s the final of the Student Enterprise Awards in which 24,000 young men and women took part. The top 5 businesses in each category have been whittled down and selected to attend the live showcase final where An Tánaiste, Leo Varadkar will announce the winners.
One group of students who might well win something this morning is Brid, Eimear and Aine from Co Clare who between them have a wonderful little idea called BEA scrubs. Also joining Joe is and the event coordinator Padraig McElwee chair of the local enterprise offices.
