This isn’t news to any house buyers out there but the difference between the asking price for properties these days and the actual sale agreed price has no reason to 9%. Many people would say that the market is completely dysfunctional, especially with soaring inflation and an economy recovering from lockdowns.Eddie O’Driscoll  from the online estate agents auctioneera.ie joined Joe on the show this morning.
