Is Dublin Airport prepared for a busy summer season?

At the weekend Dublin airport said that it was considering charging lower landing fees for airlines with fewer emissions. Yesterday the boss of Ryanair Eddie Wilson welcomed that. But would that lower the cost of using the airport for consumers? Also as the mad summer flying season starts soon, is the biggest airport on this island ready after the hellish queues from a year ago Kenny Jacobs Chief executive of the DAA in post about 6 months now joined Joe on the show this morning.
