Investment in property will increase this year according to CBRE but it was 60% below the long term average last year amid soaring interest rates and a very weak commercial property market. Interestingly the top three investment transactions in 2023 had buyers who were private capital/family offices. Industrial & logistics was the most invested sector in Ireland according to CBRE’s latest report.
