The international insurance broker Howden Re is expanding its presence in Ireland focusing on Re-insurance. Ireland has become the 4th largest market in the EU. But amid the hottest temperatures that Europe has ever experienced on top of the wettest in January, is there a risk that the payouts will be huge in the future?
