Concerns hybrid working stands in way of team culture

According to the Dublin Chamber, almost half of the hundreds of firms that it polled require that its staff be physically in the office 2 or 3 days a week. The survey carried out with Savills found that the fear of losing staff to rivals lies behind this laissez-faire attitude to workers working from home. It also found that employers are very concerned that hybrid working stands in the way of cultivating a team culture in the workplace.
