Over the last few years, November has become by far the hairiest month of the year as countless men around the world decide to take part in Movember. From its humble origins as a charitable effort by a group of men in Melbourne in 2003 (although the idea had been knocking around for several years prior to that), Movember has become an international phenomenon, growing more popular by the year.

The movement's main goal is to raise awareness of prostate cancer and other cancers affecting men, and fundraise for charities focused on the issue.

Movember co-founder Justin Coghlan joined Off the Ball to discuss the 30-day moustache growing initiative:

With participants now having gone a few days without an upper lip shave, one big question needs answering: what type of moustache to settle on? Time has helpfully put together a video describing some popular styles you might opt for, from familiar classics to more modern choices. We're particularly fond of the so-called Undercover Brother or, as it should rightly be called, The Ron Swanson.
