X Factor winner Joe McElderry has told a court he was intimidated and scared by a man who is accused of stalking him and his mother.
The singer has been giving evidence at the trial of Ennis McBride at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court.
The court was told the 53 year old, from Stockport, visited McElderry’s house more than once and sent him abusive tweets.
Ennis McBride denies one charge of harassment.
