Generally cloudier further south and west with a few patches of drizzle and mist, but occasional brighter intervals also.
Afternoon highs of 5 to 9 degrees, generally, but cooler where mist or fog patches linger.
Southeast breezes will be mostly light.

Staying largely dry tonight, although patchy drizzle will still occur, chiefly near Atlantic coasts early on, but transferring to southern and southeastern coastal counties later in the night.
Some frost will form under clear spells in parts of the north and east with temperatures lowering minus 1 to plus 3 degrees.
Less cold further south and west, with lows of 4 to 7 degrees.
Mist and fog patches will also form in the light east to southeast breezes.
