Long in search of his first Academy Award, Leonardo DiCaprio now looks the favourite to take Best Actor for his role in frontier revenge film The Revenant.
The actor picked up the not-quite-so-coveted Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actor last night in LA, and spoke in his acceptance speech of the acting greats that inspired him to take up the trade.
While accepting the award he thanked director Alejandro Iñárritu, cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki, co-stars Tom Hardy and Domhnall Gleeson and more.
Unfortunately, despite their time together, Leo apparently never learned to pronounce the Irish actor's name correctly.
