Cruelly overlooked by the Academy for his near spot-on impression of the Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards in Pirates of the Caribbean, Johnny Depp has shown there’s more than just one string to his mimicry bow, staring as would-be US president Donald Trump in a star-studded skit for the comedy website Funny or Die.
A trailer has just been released for the 50-minute long spoof, featuring a glimpse at just some of the incredible roster of cameos the Funny or Die producers have managed to wrangle. A satirical biopic based on Trump’s book The Art of the Deal, the piece is narrated by Ron Howard and features guest appearances from Patton Oswalt, Alfred Molina, Jack McBrayer, Henry Wrinkler, Stephen Merchant, Kristen Schaal, ALF, Andy Richter, and Room-star Jacob Tremblay.
