Earlier this week, Jeffrey Archer joined George to discuss everything from Irish rugby to House of Cards.
He started by talking about his fight with prostate cancer a year ago. "I would say to anyone over the age of 50, you should go to your doctor and have your PSA [Prostate-Specific Antigen] checked," he advised.
On the subject of same-sex marriage, he said "I felt Cameron made a mistake there, and it certainly didn't help his own supporters... I would have not done it".
He had some advice for writers - "Write about what you know about. Don't write about ghost stories because they're in. Don't do erotica because it's selling millions. If you're an on-air radio host, and you love rugby, write a novel about being an on-air radio host and bring rugby into it".
Jeffrey also spoke about his latest book, Mightier Than The Sword - book five of the Clifton Chronicles.
And as a former politician, he says he's a fan of House of Cards, and has some updates about an adaptation of the Clifton Chronicles...
