A flash mob organised by Our Lady's Hospice will melt you heart.

The organisation has put it together using patients, staff and guests at its Harold's Cross centre in Dublin.

It is being used to mark Active Ageing Week.

Led by the International Council on Active Aging, the week celebrates aging and active living.

Moving to the tune of 'Macarena' by Los del Rio, staff begin the famous dance - and patients join in too.

It just goes to prove that having a good time is ageless.
