After all the pain from four years ago as Annalise Murphy just missed out on a medal in London, Rio 2016 has righted that ship as she sailed into second place in the Women's Laser Radial.

She received the Olympic silver medal at tonight's medal ceremony.

Although, the anthem is only played for the gold medal winner, Murphy was serenaded with a rendition of Amhran na bhFiann from her supporters beside the podium.
