Visiting hours at St James's Hospital in Dublin have again been limited following an outbreak of flu.
Visiting times of 2:30pm to 3:30pm will be strictly enforced today, and no children will be allowed to visit any public wards.
Management will review the situation again on Monday evening.

They hope to return to a normal visiting pattern by Tuesday February 17th.
They are also urging anyone who develops flu-like symptoms to contact their local GP.
