The Japanese tyre retailer Autoway is looking to make a serious impact with its latest advertising campaign: a forty-second spot that is going viral as the 'scariest ad' yet made.

The company is so keen to play up the short ad's ability to frighten that it even opens with a health & safety disclaimer. Stating the video is "not for the faint of heart", the video advises anyone who has "mental or physical health concern and may have to see a doctor regularly" to refrain from watching. Autoway also kindly state they will not be held responsible for any "injuries, illness and damage" that may arise from people watching the video.
