The victim of a rapist who is due to be released early from prison next month is convinced her attacker will re-offend.

Patrick 'Lolo' O'Driscoll was arrested for the crime in 2000 following a manhunt in Cork.

He is now due for early release next month having served 11 years of a 17-year sentence.

It is the second time the 47-year-old has been released early from prison while serving time for rape.

Speaking to Cork's Red FM, his victim says she believes he is a danger to society and is fearful he will return to Cork.
