While most five-year-olds are content with playing with basic toys, two Russian boys with much bigger dreams reportedly dug a tunnel under their nursery fence in a major escape plot to head out and buy a luxury car.
The two boys disappeared as their group took part in a supervised walk in the grounds of their kindergarten in the city of Magnitogorsk.
The boys had prepared their escape for days, reportedly using spades from the sand pit to dig a hole under their kindergarten fence.
After reaching freedom, the boys walked two kilometres to a car showroom selling luxury cars - before realising they had no money.
A woman noticed the unaccompanied children and, when asked what they were doing, the boys said they had come to buy a Jaguar.
Although the escapees were missing for half an hour, their parents haven’t filed any complaints against the nursery.
