Cool and mostly cloudy today. Some patchy mist and drizzle in places, but many areas will be dry this morning with some bright spells at times in eastern and southeastern areas. Somewhat more in the way of drizzle this afternoon but there will still be good dry periods. Top temperatures of 9 to 12 C., in a moderate west backing southwest breeze, which will freshen this afternoon and evening.
