Today

Some bright or short sunny spells are expected today, but it will be generally cloudy, with some showers. These will be heaviest and most frequent over Leinster and Ulster. 

It will be breezy and rather cool at times, with top temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees, best over Munster. Moderate north to northwest breezes will be fresh and gusty along the west and southwest coasts.

Tonight

There will be scattered showers overnight, but many areas will remain dry, with a mix of clear spells and cloudy periods.

Lowest temperatures will be between 9 and 12 degrees, in moderate north to northwest breezes.
