A toddler in the US State of Ohio has accidentally killed himself while playing with his mother's handgun.

Police say 3-year-old Marques Green shot himself in the chest after finding the gun at his home.

Authorities are working to decide whether anyone should be charged.

It's the second time a child has accidentally shot themselves dead in Ohio this month.
