Three men from Cork have been charged with membership of the IRA.
Sean Walsh (50) of St John's Well in Fairhill, County Cork and Joseph Walsh (36) of Glengarriff Road in Fairhill were both charged with membership of an unlawful organisation before the Special Criminal Court this morning.
Michael Gilmartin, (46) of Cobh, County Cork, was charged with membership of the IRA. He was also charged with possession of two firearms and 11 rounds of ammunition and 11 shotgun cartridges.

The three men were remanded in custody to appear again before the Special Criminal Court on December 21st.
