What you'll need:

- 3 slices of lime
- A splash of lime juice
- A little sugar syrup
- Two shots of white rum
- Some mint leaves
- Plenty of crushed ice
- Soda water to taste
- A knife for chopping
Takeaway Tip: Crush the mint leaves with your hands to avoid getting smaller bits of leaves left in your mouth as you sip - not a good look while your propping up the bar!
