A 16-year-old boy arrested in connection with a shooting at a takeaway in Dublin has been released without charge.
Two staff members were injured in the incident when a male entered the shop in the the early hours of New Year's Day.
The gunman, who was armed with what was believed to be a handgun, demanded cash and fired a number of shots.
Both injured staff members - aged 28 and 38 - were taken to Beaumont Hospital for treatment, and their injuries aren't believed to be life threatening.
During a follow-up operation, two people were arrested by gardaí.
A 44-year-old man remains in custody at Coolock Garda Station.
The 16-year-old teenager was released last night, and a file's now being prepared for the DPP.
