He helped Frank Rijkaard deliver a Champions League trophy for Barcelona as assistant boss in 2006 and got so close alongside Avram Grant at Chelsea in 2008.
He has also managed clubs across the globe including Panathanaikos, Ajax and MTK Hungaria, and also worked with Brendan Rodgers when the current Liverpool manager was still working behind the scenes at Chelsea.
The man in question is Dutch manager Henk Ten Cate and Team 33 were lucky enough to pick his tactical brains about a number of subjects on the opening day of the Dublin Web Summit.
