The Taoiseach has rejected calls to re-open the Moriarty Tribunal.
Speaking in New York - where he was visiting an Irish-American community devastated by Hurricane Sandy - he said Justice Moriarty had reported 'fully and finally'.
The Fianna Fáil leader Michéal Martin has said he will ask the Taoiseach for the Moriarty Tribunal to be re-opened for three months to examine new material, including the Lowry tapes published by the Sunday Independent.

But Enda Kenny says The Moriarty Tribunal is finished and that any further material should be given to the authorities.
