A 35-year-old man is due in court later in connection with the death of a man in Dublin at the weekend.
The body of 53-year-old Christopher Jackson was found at an apartment on Prussia Street in Stoneybatter on Saturday.
It is understood he had been stabbed to death.
It is believed his remains were hidden in a plastic bag in the flat for several days.
Gardaí have made a number of arrests in relation to the investigation.
Yesterday Bernard Locke with an address at the same apartment block appeared in court.
The 39-year-old appeared before Dublin District Court charged with murder.
