Two people have been located safe and well after getting lost while out walking on the Mangerton mountain Range in Co Kerry this afternoon.

At around 3pm the local Mountain Rescue team were contacted by the walkers and 30 members of the team were dispatched.

Strong winds and cloud hampered the search, but at 7:30pm the two people were found uninjured.
