A search is continuing today for an 18-year-old man who is missing in Co. Wicklow.

The search for James Sheehan is now in its 5th day.

James has not been seen since he left a nightclub in Arklow in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Gardai have refused to comment on reports that he may have been bundled into a car on the night of his disappearance.

Over 100 volunteers have joined gardai in the thorough search.

Gardaí have also thanked the volunteers who have been out looking for him.

He was last seen leaving a nightclub in the town at around 2:40am on Sunday morning.

The Garda Water Unit, Boyne River Rescue and Civil Defence are all involved in the search.
