Some of the showers will be heavy and of hail, with a slight risk of thunder, mainly along western, northwestern and southern coasts.

Tonight, scattered showers will continue in Atlantic coastal counties, but it will become mainly dry elsewhere, with clear intervals.
Very cold, with widespread sharp or severe frost and icy stretches.
Fog also, with dense pockets in places, especially in the midlands.
Minimum temperatures 0 to minus 4 Celsius, in calm conditions.
