Bright or sunny spells can be expected today, especially in the east and southeast.

There will be some scattered showers also, mainly in Atlantic coastal areas at first, but spreading gradually further eastwards then, affecting mainly the western half of the country.

Showers will turn heavy this evening along northwest coasts. Maximum temperatures will be between 15 to 17 degrees, in mostly moderate south to southwest winds, fresh along west and northwest coasts.

Tonight will be dry in most parts, with clear spells developing, but scattered showers will continue in Atlantic coastal areas.

Minimum temperatures will range from 7 to 10 degrees, in mostly moderate south to southwest breezes.
